Larry Koskinen Technology Specialist, Business Consultant
Larry
Koskinen is a consultant on digital government and organizational
development experienced in building new programs and organizations.
He co-founded Civitas Interactive Media, Inc. and was Vice President/CIO
of Development Alternatives, Inc. He served as a Vice President
for information technology programs at the Council for Excellence
in Government and worked on foreign policy and Internet issues at
the National Performance Review, the White House reinventing government
initiative. He was a judge and government category chair for the
Global Information Infrastructure Awards program. He was on the
startup team for the Regional Environmental Center for Central and
Eastern Europe, headquartered in Budapest with satellite offices
throughout that region, and participated in the opening of Peace
Corps programs across the former Soviet Union. Before that he was
Management Officer for International Operations at the Peace Corps
and worked in financial policy at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
He completed his undergraduate work in photography at the Rochester
Institute of Technology and holds a Juris Doctorate from Washington
College of Law at American University. Mr. Koskinen is married and
has three daughters.
